Refund policy

A customer my cancel any order for The Exhibition & Events Co products and services ordered on this website and made under the The Exhibition & Events Co Terms of Service for any reason, provided written notice of cancellation is received by The Exhibition & Events Co no less then 21 days before the 1st day of build.

If a customer has made any payment to The Exhibition & Events Co for the order, The Exhibition & Events Co will refund up to 100% of such payment less the portion of such payment for services already performed by The Exhibition & Events Co such as material handling, rigging, labour and electrical services. administration fees maybe applied 

If the payment of such services/products is deemed late (7 days after invoice issued) by The Exhibition and Events Co, then a 20% late payment fee will be added to the total sale invoice. A new invoice will be issued.
